Porsche Design Chronograph Titanium Limited Edition Porsche Design was quick to make its intentions clear last year after parting ways with Eterna. Throughout the years the two companies have collaborated, Porsche Design has worked with Eterna to produce a variety of modest, technical timepieces. Porsche Design has set up its own watch division in Switzerland, appointing former Eterna technical director Patrick Kury as its chief, and launched two new timepieces a few months ago.

Watch.
I've been wearing the latter model for a week or so, and it feels light on my wrist, which isn't surprising considering its titanium case and buckle. But even with the not-exceptionally-thin ETA Valjoux automatic chronograph movement, the watch didn't stress my wrist as noticeably as other watches with this workhorse movement. Maybe it’s the padded calfskin strap that works its magic on my senses.
